I Can't Change

They say I can change
But change is only temporary
I later see myself down the same road
And an early trip to the cemetary

Lord, the life we live is scary
But I must show no fear
And let fools know ain't no busters in here

I tried to change my pace
But fools from the other side recognize my face
SO I can't step foot in the wrong place

I started trying too late
Now death or prison shall be my fate

Never long are we here
I'm 18 so death is somewhere near

We live so little years
Yet we shed so many tears

We're trapped in a world full of gunshots
Surrounded by AIDS and crackrocks
With a system being ran by crooked-ass cops

My name is on the cop criminal list
And to end my life is what they insist

We make our money through robbing, killing and dope-dealing
Our lives are too fucked up to believe in spiritual healing

We know about hell for we're already there
For our lives to change is our only prayer
We live our lives as gangsters so nobody cares.

I Am the Best I Can Be

I am the best at whatever I do
I shall leave all challengers...
Rading the bottom of my shoe.

I shall overcome all odds
and fall second to NO MAN...
But God.

I shall give each day my all
And end each day standing tall.

No matter what it is, I am the best
Never shall I bow down to the rest
For I can "Ace" any test.

I am the best
I am nothing less
Never shall I walk around with my chin on my chest.

I practice for I can improve
I practice for I refuse to lose.

I can, I must, I will rise
Until I can look down at the skies.

I shall allow no one nor thing to stop me
I am Lucky
I am the best I can be

I AM, I AM, I AM

I am doing the most
Allowing no competition to come close

Anytime I'm around
I shall make all competition "BOW DOWN"
